• Be courteous in messages, on video calls and in person.
• Respect someone's home, belongings, time, privacy and household routine.
• Accept a no gracefully. Not every connection is the right fit.

• Profiles, photos, rates, cuisines, experience and requirements must be accurate and about you.
• Do not claim qualifications, checks or certifications you do not hold.
• Only upload food photos of dishes you personally prepared.
• Turn up when you said you would, or tell the other person as early as you can.

• Follow the Host and Cook responsibilities on our Safety page.
• Communicate allergies, dietary requirements and portion needs clearly and follow them carefully.
• Store, cool and label prepared meals safely so they are still safe to eat later in the week.
• Raise concerns early rather than letting a situation continue.

• No bullying, sexual harassment, unwanted advances or persistent unwanted contact.
• No discrimination based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, disability, age, pregnancy, marital status or nationality.
• No threats, intimidation or aggressive behaviour of any kind, online or in person.

• No fake or duplicate profiles, and no impersonating another person.
• No scams, false claims or pressure tactics around money.
• Do not share, publish or reuse another user's personal information, photos or messages outside the platform.
• Do not push someone for phone numbers or email addresses before they are comfortable — our chat blocks contact details to protect both sides.

• Review only arrangements that actually happened, and describe your own experience.
• No paid, traded, retaliatory or coerced reviews.
• If an arrangement fell through, record the outcome instead of writing a misleading review.

Report it from within the conversation or profile. Our team reviews reports privately and may warn, restrict, suspend or remove an account. Serious matters should also go to the appropriate authorities — see the Safety page and the Terms of Use.
